Garth has amassed vast practical and professional knowledge and experience over an international career spanning almost 40 years. He has worked successfully in senior roles and managed companies (large and small) in the construction, engineering, production, consulting, and franchise environment, from South Africa, the far east, the middle east, the UK, and Europe.
Garth is a qualified Business and Executive Coach and is registered with the International Coaches Register in Holland and the Register of SA Business Coaches.
Executive coaches tend to be retained by companies with 1,000s plus employees to assist the executive team. Business coaches traditionally work with businesses of all sizes and help all levels of management achieve the goals of the business.
They can be employed by the company or personally by the executive. Often a company will seek their services to implement systems, oversee change management processes or implement interventions to assist a staff member or team’s growth.
